In a move to strengthen compliance, the Osun state government has conducted a training exercise for the defaulters of COVID-19 safety protocol.
The state Commissioner for Information, Mrs Funke Egbemode, made this known on her Facebook page on Tuesday while she also posted pictures of the exercise.

The move has been greeted with mixed reactions as some supported the move while some condemned the state government style of enforcing compliance.
One of those in support, Musefiu Kolawole Afolabi said, “Education is the most effective means of curbing transgressions and offences, weldone Madam Commissioner”.
Another supporter, Osundiya Oluwaseun , suggested that the strategy should be applied across all states.
Meanwhile, those in opposition questioned the yardstick for selecting defaulters as well as motivation package made available for them.
