Social media users have launched an attack on the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, after he paraded his achievements on his Twitter page.
Akufo-Addo boasted of his accomplishments particularly in road construction.
He claimed that his electoral promises are not mere propaganda as he said “all my roads are ‘feeli feeli’ roads.
“I told Ghanaians that this is the #YearOfRoads. Ghanaians can testify to this. We are not doing ‘green book’ propaganda roads, we are doing genuine roads on the ground for all to see. All my roads are ‘feeli feeli’ roads, not green book roads. #FeeliFeeliRoads #TrustAkufoAddo”
In another tweet, he said, “I am someone who promises and delivers, and that is something I want Ghanaians to know, so they can trust me. #TrustAkufoAddo
His claims seemed not to go down well with some of his followers who called him ‘Toilet Infrastructure President ‘
Some others pleaded with him to pay the salary of teachers.
Meanwhile, Ghana has yesterday commissioned and handed-over the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat Building, in Accra, to the African Union Commission
