Telecommunication giant, MTN has apologised for the network hitches experience by customers on Saturday.
Many Customers on Saturday could not place out calls nor receive calls as a result of the network issues.

Reacting, MTN apologised saying,” Some of our customers are having difficulty connecting to the network today. We are looking into this and truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Although, the network problem got many pissed off, a lot have commended the brand for being sensitive to consumers’s plight as exemplified by its quick reactions and apology.
