Akwa-Ibom State Governor ,Udom Emmanuel has recalled not less than 403 local government healthcare workers.
The salary of the health workers were said to have been stopped since July 2019 before Udom approved the reabsorption of the workers.
The revalidation started on Monday 14th September, 2020 at the local government service commission.
It is expected to end on 15th September, 2020.
The government has been widely commended for this gesture especially now that the nation is ravaged with COVID-19 crisis.
